Growing up shore lunch was always one of my favorite meals after a successful day of fishing on the lake. Our crispy savory batter makes me wish I had this recipe a long time ago. Serve this fish on a bed of wild rice with a side of our Jalapeno Spiced Tartar Sauce!

Deliciously cheesy, smoky and spicy, Gindo's stuffed portobellos make a great vegetarian sandwich or just serve them as a side. Cover your campfire after the cheese has melted for 10 minutes to get a really nice smoky flavor on your portobellos.
