Not exactly what I expected. Tastes....burnt
Just solid hot sauce, with fresh pepper flavor. Very versatile. Good heat, but not overwhelming.

Gindo's Marry Me Chicken recipe is a romantic dish featuring tender chicken breasts simmered in a creamy garlic sauce with a delightful brightness from our Original Fresh & Spicy Hot Sauce. Finished with a sprinkle of Italian Bread Dip spice blend, this dish is perfect for impressing your loved one on Valentine's Day!!
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded to even thickness
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp Original Fresh & Spicy Hot Sauce
1 tbsp Italian Bread Dip | Spice Blend
1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with kosher salt and black pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C). Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
Stir in the heavy cream, Original Fresh & Spicy Hot Sauce, sun dried tomatoes and Italian Bread Dip spice blend. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, allowing it to thicken slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the chicken.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Feel free to use any Gindo's sauce! Or add a little extra if you want more spice. We love the simple fresh versatile flavor of our Original Fresh and Spicy, but the rich notes of this dish would pair well with other sauces as well.
Serve with your favorite side. We love pairing this dish with creamy risotto, penne pasta, crusty bread or a crisp salad on the side, and a glass of rose, sauvignon blanc, or pinot noir.
