Ingredients

• 1 box chicken broth

• 2 cans diced green chilis

• 1 can corn (creamed or regular)

• 2 cans white beans (one strained)

• 1 tsp cumin

• 1 tsp paprika

• 1 Tbs garlic

• 1 Tbs better than bouillion

• 1 Tbs minced onion

• 1 tsp Gindo’s Italian Bread Dip spice blend

• 1 Tbs cilantro

• juice of 1 lime

• 1 rotisserie chicken, deboned

• 1 block cream cheese

• Garnish sour cream & shredded cheese (optional)

• Top with Gindo’s Jalapeno Poblano

• Or top with Gindo’s Cilantro Hot Sauce (a limited release)

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients except cream cheese in large pot or crock pot. Bring to a simmer.

2. Add block of cream cheese. Continue to simmer and stir until melted.

3. Top with Gindo’s Jalapeno Poblano and your favorite chili toppings. Serve and enjoy!
