2 (10 ounce) packages frozen sweet corn, thawed
2 tablespoons sugar
¼ teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
¼ teaspoon sea salt
½ cup whole milk
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon Gindo's Honey Habanero, or to taste
Combine corn, heavy cream, sugar, butter, salt, pepper and Gindo’s Honey Habanero in a skillet over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until butter has melted, 3-5 minutes.
In a separate bowl, whisk milk and flour together until smooth, creating a roux.
Add roux to the skillet and continue to cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened and corn is cooked through, about 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve hot.
