Founded in 2012 by Kristopher and Lara Gawrych, the 20-acre farm cultivates over 100 vegetable varieties and raises livestock including Black Angus cattle, poultry, and honeybees. Their commitment to ecological sustainability and hands-on farming practices inspired partnerships with Gindo’s, resulting in unique collaborations like the 2024 Harvest Green Sauce and Sweet Carmen & Habanada.

Riverlands Brewing Company, established in 2019 in St. Charles, Illinois, is known for diverse craft beers including hazy IPAs, fruited sours, and barrel-aged stouts. The Woller family operates over 700 hives, producing pure, single-origin honey from local prairies, hayfields, and woodlots. Sustainable beekeeping practices ensure the highest quality honey. For Gindo's, they source honey from their family farm in Naperville, IL, for use in collaboration hot sauces and hot honey.
