This husband and wife owned business, is Gindo's longest running collaboration. When we first moved from the west coast to the midwest in 2015, Garlic Breath Farm and Gindo's were "neighbor" tents at the Batavia Farmers Market, and so began a lasting relationship. To date, nine sauces emphasize bold flavors by blending our signature spice profiles with the farm’s garlic varieties.
