2 -3 bulbs of garlic ( 12 - 14 cloves )
1 Tbsp kosher salt
2 lemons freshly squeezed
1 1/4 C sunflower or grape seed oil
1. Slice each garlic clove in half length wise and remove the garlic germ.
2. Place garlic in food processor and add salt. Chop until garlic takes on a paste like consistency.
3. Begin adding alternating small amounts of lemon juice and oil, pulsing the garlic after each addition.
4. Once all ingredients have been added, pulse one more time and Toum should be at desired consistency. Enjoy!
