Cooking Tip: Submerge pumpkin seeds and guts in a bowl of water to easily separate the seeds from the guts.
1 C pumpkin seeds
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp Gindo's Original
1 tsp minced garlic & shallot
1 tsp Gindo's Double Dip
1. Preheat oven to 375º. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss together.
2. Roast seeds for 20 minutes, remove and let cool to room temperature.
3. Snack and enjoy! Or use in our Pumpkin Protein Bites recipe.
