These roasted pumpkin seeds will be your new favorite fall time snack! Made with Gindo's Original Fresh & Spicy and Savory Salt spice blend, they're crunchy, full of flavor and have the perfect amount of spice. You have to try these!
1 Cup Pumpkin seeds
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp Gindo’s Original
1 tsp minced garlic & shallot
1 tsp Gindo’s Savory Salt
Preheat oven to 375º. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss together.
Roast seeds for 20 minutes, remove and let cool to room temperature.
