Gindo’s
Another one of our favorite slow cooker recipes, Gindo's pulled chicken is sure to be the life of the party. Throw on a bun with your favorite slaw or some blue cheese. Try this recipe with boneless chicken thighs for added depth of flavor.
2 Lbs boneless chicken breasts
16 oz ( two bottles ) Gindo’s Original Hot Sauce
1 packet dry ranch mix
4 Tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 red onion chopped
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 Tbsp minced garlic
Place chicken in slow cooker and add pepper, ranch packet, garlic, red onion and Gindo's Original.
Cook on low setting for 6 hours.
Shred chicken and add butter, stir to combine and continue to cook on low for 1 more hour.
