Our smoked wings are cooked over a blend of applewood and hickory. That sweet smoky flavor pairs perfectly with our fiery Gindo's Original, or some of our other craft Louisiana style sauces. Enjoy! We recommend serving these wings over a bed of our Gindo's Elote.
2 1/2 lbs chicken wings
½ Cup Gindo’s Original
1/3 C Butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat smoker to 225º over wood of choice.
Simmer Gindo’s Original in saucepan on low heat for 10 min to reduce sauce, then add butter to reduce spice level. Stir until melted. Let cool to room temperature.
Smoke wings for 20 minutes and preheat gas grill to 450º. Remove wings from smoker, brush with Gindo's wing sauce and place on gas grill for 40 minutes flipping every 5 minutes and occasionally baste with wing sauce.
Toss wings in remaining sauce and devour!
