Gindo’s
Our rib mop brings a uniquely brilliant flavor to ribs. Italian style, try braising for 2.5 hours, then char on high heat grill for 30 minutes. This mop will also work very well on steak, chicken and pork.
2 C apple cider vinegar
1 C apple juice
¼ C Gindo’s Original hot Sauce
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 C brown sugar
3 Tbsp tomato paste
1 Tbsp balsamic glaze
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 tsp minced garlic & shallot
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a rolling boil and stir to combine.
Lower heat, cover saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes.
Let cool and you are good to go! Or refrigerate over night and use the next day.
