Gindo’s
Our Miche Bombs are sure to liven up any event. If you can't find Chamoy, check out our website for an awesome Chamoy Recipe. We use the Chamoy recipe on our site and the flavor makes it well worth it! Don't forget to rim your glass with some chamoy and Tajin before you pour. If you are looking to purchase Chamoy, Tajin and Lucas mango powder from a grocery store, most Mexican grocery stores will carry all three ingredients.
1 Tbsp citric acid
1 Tbsp Baking soda
2 Tbsp Lucas mango powder
1/4 C Tajin chili lime seasoning
1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
½ tsp Gindo’s Original Hot Sauce
1/4 tsp Chamoy sauce
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and begin mixing together with a spatula. Once mixture begins to clump, switch to your hands and continue to mix and clump.
The best way I can describe this is you want the mixture to have the consistency of kinetic sand. It needs to be able to hold shape when you squeeze it. If the mixture is to dry add a little more Gindo’s or Chamoy, if it is to wet you can add a little more Tajin.
Once you have the desired consistency, spoon mixture into a silicon ice cube mold. You want silicon as it makes it much easier to remove the bomb. Begin packing the mixture into the mold, you want to pack them as tightly as possible. Place your molds in the freezer over night. Carefully remove them the next day and... Bombs away!!!
