Ingredients
• 1/3 C Bread crumbs
• 1/2 C Milk
• 1/8 C Cream
• 1 Large egg
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
• 2 Tbsp Gindo's Green
• 2 Tbsp Minced parsley
• 1 Tbsp Butter
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• 1 lb Ground turkey
• 1/2 lb Ground pork
• 1 tsp minced garlic & shallots
Directions
1. In a large bowl, mix breadcrumbs together with milk, cream, egg, garlic, salt, pepper and spice. Allow the milk to soak into the breadcrumbs for at least 10 minutes.
2. Once milk has absorbed some, add the garlic, shallots, meat and parsley. Mix well with your hands to combine.
3. Roll meat into 24 small balls, or 16 large balls.
4. Heat 1 Tbsp of butter and 2 tsp of olive oil in a pan on medium high heat. Fry meatballs in batches of 4 so they do not stew or simmer. Transfer to a warm plate and cover with foil
