Spicy Shrimp Tempura

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1 cup tonic water
  • 1 Tbsp. Gindo's Original Red
  • 1 Tbsp. Jamaican Jerk Seasoning

Directions:

  1. Heat oil to 325 degrees. 
  2. Mix Gindo's Original, rice flour, shrimp, seasoning and tonic water together until batter forms.
  3. Fry shrimp 5-6 at a time for 8 minutes each. Drain on paper towels, serve and enjoy!
