1 bottle red wine
3 orange slices
1/2 tsp Gindo's Honey Habanero
2 cinnamon sticks
1 Tbsp mulling
2 to 3 Tbsp honey
1. Combine ingredients in a large saucepan and stir briefly to combine.
2. Cook mulled wine on med low heat until it barely reaches a simmer. ( Do NOT boil as you do not want to cook off all of the alcohol ). Reduce heat to low, cover and keep warm until ready to serve. (anywhere from 15 minutes to 3 hours).
3. Strain using a fine mesh strainer. Remove and discard oranges and cinnamon sticks. Taste and add extra honey if needed.
