Mediterranean Dressing

3 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp Gindo's Lemon Garlic
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Gindo's Green
1 tsp minced mint
1 tsp minced dill
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp dried oregano
Dash of organic cane sugar


1. Combine ingredients, minus the cane sugar in a small mixing bowl.
2. Whisk ingredients together, let settle and add dash of organic cane sugar.
3. Mix again then cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
