Gindo’s
Our Mediterranean dressing is bright with an intriguing cool sweet heat accompaniment. Add a touch more sugar to bump up the sweet end if necessary. Pour over a Mediterranean salad, green beans or asparagus and enjoy!
3 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsps Gindo’s Lemon Garlic
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Gindo’s Jalapeno Poblano
1 tsp minced mint
1 tsp minced dill
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp dried oregano
Dash of organic cane sugar
Combine ingredients, minus the cane sugar in a small mixing bowl.
Whisk ingredients together, let settle and add dash of organic cane sugar.
Mix again then cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
