Leeks, Cauliflower, and Gindo's

Ingredients:

  • 2 leeks, chopped
  • 4 cauliflower florets, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 C. vegetable stock
  • 1 tsp minced garlic and shallots
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. Gindo's Original Green

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a hot pan. Add leeks light salt and pepper, and saute for 10 minutes.
  2. Add Gindo's Green, cauliflower, vinegar and saute for 5 minutes.
  3. Add stock and simmer until cauliflower is cooked and crisp (20 - 30 min ). Serve and enjoy!
