1/3 C honey
1/4 C soy sauce
1 Tbsp Gindo's Honey Habanero
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp minced garlic & shallot
2-4 salmon fillets
2-3 Tbsp clarified butter or olive oil
2 Tbsp balsamic glaze
1. In a medium bowl whisk together honey, soy sauce, Honey Habanero, garlic, shallot and lemon juice. Set aside until needed
2. In a large skillet over medium high heat add 1 tbsp of butter or oil. Add salmon skin side up and cook until golden brown, about 6 minutes. Then flip over and add remaining butter or oil.
3. Add Gindo's honey mixture and cook until sauce is reduced by about 1/3. Baste salmon with sauce while cooking.
4. Garnish with sliced lemon and serve!
