One of my favorite of all our grill mops. Honey Habanero and chocolate powder create a sweet, tangy mop perfect for chicken, ribs and duck breast
2 C apple cider vinegar
1/2 C brown sugar
¼ C Gindo’s Honey Habanero
1 tsp salt
1/2 C chocolate powder
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a rolling boil and stir to combine.
Lower heat, cover saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes.
Let cool and you are good to go! Or refrigerate over night and use the next day.
