Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Gindo's Honey Habanero
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. minced shallot
- 2 oz. dry white wine
- 1 tsp. salt and pepper (or your favorite rub)
Directions
Place 1 lb. of poultry or fish in a bowl and begin adding ingredients. Mix together, cover, and refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours. Grill, pan sear, or bake and enjoy!
