Honey Habanero Marinade

Ingredients

1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp. Gindo's Honey Habanero
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. minced shallot
2 oz. dry white wine
1 tsp. salt and pepper (or your favorite rub)

Directions

Place 1 lb. of poultry or fish in a bowl and begin adding ingredients. Mix together, cover, and refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours. Grill, pan sear, or bake and enjoy!
