Gindo's Tomato Flatbread

Ingredients:

  • 1 flatbread (we use Chuck's Wood Fired flatbread)
  • 1 vine ripened tomato, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Gindo's Original
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • Fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic and shallots

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Brush olive oil on flatbread, then brush on Gindo's Original.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and bake for 5-7 minutes. 
  3. Slice and savor!
