INGREDIENTS
1 lb chicken breasts or thighs
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp minced garlic & shallot
1 Tbsp favorite Thai seasoning (Or make your own with spices you have in your cupboard - Click here for one we like.)
1/4 C Gindo's Jalapeno Poblano green sauce
1/4 C coconut shavings
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
Spritz of lime
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl or ziploc bag and combine to coat the chicken.
2. Refrigerate for 8 to 24 hours and then grill, pan sear or bake for delicious results!
3. Lick your chops.
