Gindo’s
Crisp fresh flavor with a colorful zing from our Gindo's Green. Fine grain himalayan pink salt works nicely in this recipe.
12 oz fresh shocked green beans
1/4 C olive oil
1 Tbsp balsamic glaze
2 tsps Gindo’s Jalapeno Poblano
1 tsp fresh minced garlic & shallots
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. Add turmeric and give a stir.
Add green beans and let boil for exactly 2 minutes.
Remove green beans and submerge in an ice bath for 5 minutes. Remove from ice bath and let dry on paper towel.
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix with a whisk. Drizzle over green beans, toss and enjoy!
