2 C fresh basil ( 1 bunch )
2 Tbsp pine nuts
2 Garlic cloves
1 to 2 Tbsp Gindo's Jalapeno Poblano
3 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 C parmesan cheese
Pinch of sea salt
1. Combine basil, pine nuts, garlic and pinch of sea salt in a food processor and process until very finely minced.
2. Add cheese and process into an even paste.
3. Combine oil and Gindo's Jalapeno Poblano and whisk together. Add to food processor and process until a creamy consistency is achieved.
