1 lb boneless chicken breasts
1 C dry white wine
2 Tbsp Gindo's Green
1 12 oz canned artichoke hearts
6 oz kalamata olives drained
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 tsp sea salt & black pepper
2 tsp fresh minced garlic & shallots
1. Add 1 tsp garlic, shallots and 1 Tbsp olive oil to slow cooker.
2. Add chicken and remaining ingredients.
3. Set slow cooker to low and let cook for 8 hours.
4. shred and add to a ciabatta role with our Gindo's Tzatziki, or spoon chicken out whole and lay over a bed of orzo.
