Gindo’s
This recipe is packed with fresh and zesty flavor. Make it into a sandwich and add our freshGindo's Tzatziki to blow your taste buds away!
1 lb boneless chicken breasts
1 C dry white wine
2 Tbsps Gindo’s Jalapeno Poblano
1 12 oz canned artichoke hearts
6 oz kalamata olives drained
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 tsp sea salt & black pepper
2 tsp fresh minced garlic & shallots
Add 1 tsp garlic, shallots and 1 Tbsp olive oil to slow cooker.
Add chicken and remaining ingredients.
Set slow cooker to low and let cook for 8 hours.
shred and add to a ciabatta role with our Gindo's Tzatziki, or spoon chicken out whole and lay over a bed of orzo.
