1/2 C unsalted butter
1/2 C brown sugar
1/4 C maple sugar or 1/3 C maple syrup
1/4 C Gindo's Honey Habanero
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
4 cloves of garlic smashed
1.5 fl oz ( shot glass ) bourbon
1. Heat butter in a saucepan over medium heat until butter is golden brown (about5 - 7 minutes).
2. Add brown sugar, maple sugar, Gindo's Honey Habanero and cinnamon. Stir until sugars are dissolved. About 5 minutes.
3. Reduce heat to low and add crushed garlic. Bring just to a simmer and remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. The glaze should be at room temperature before applying to your dish. Enjoy!
