1. Preheat the oven to 270 degrees. Begin removing leaves from stalk; then chop.
2. Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl and drizzle over kale and toss.
3. Spread kale leaves evenly over parchment lined cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
4. Remove and flip leaves over and bake for another 15 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
