Gindo's Creole Chicken

  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Gindo's Original Red
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups prepared red beans
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 2 Tbsp. favorite Creole seasoning 


  1. Heat oil in a large skillet and then coat chicken evenly with seasoning.
  2. Unless you have already seasoned and pre cooked your chicken.   
  3. When hot add chicken and onions; cook until browned.
  4. Add Gindo's Original, rice, red beans and saute for 5 minutes.
  5. Add stock and simmer on low until liquid is absorbed (about 15 - 20 minutes)
