2 1/2 lbs *Chicken Wings
1/2 cup Gindo's Hot Sauce
3-5 Tbs Butter (For more heat, add less butter. Less heat, add more butter)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400°FChicken Wings:
Line pan with parchment paper. Dry wings with paper towel and place on paper, making sure there is some space between each wing. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 1 hour, or until crispy.
Simmer Gindo's Hot Sauce in saucepan on low heat for 10 minutes to reduce sauce, then add butter. Stir until melted. Toss wings in sauce and coat completely.
Serve with creamy Cambazola, Bleu Cheese or Ranch dressing and enjoy!
