Ingredients:

  • 4 ears sweet corn
  • 1/8 C mayo or vegan mayo
  • 2 Tbsp Gindo's Original
  • 1/4 C chihuahua cheese
  • 1 Tbsp minced cilantro
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp minced shallot
  • 1 Tbsp minced sweet peppers
  • Fresh squeezed lime juice to taste


Directions:

  1. Soak corn and then place on grill at 450º for 20 minutes, turning corn every 5 minutes.
  2. Let corn cool. Then shave corn into a serving bowl.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix together. Serve and salivate!!
