Scallops get dressed up in a zesty tomato sauce with some Gindo's Original Fresh and Spicy!
Heat oil in a large pan until hot.
Add rice, Gindo’s Vampire Slayer, 1 Tbsp. paprika, onion, and garlic and saute until brown.
Add stock, 1 Tbsp. paprika and tomato sauce. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add scallops, tomatoes, bell pepper, and saffron. Simmer another 25 minutes. Spoon and serve.
