INGREDIENTS
3/4 C Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic & shallot
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp Gindo's Hickory BBQ Rub
1 Tbsp Gindo's Original
Smoked paprika for garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl, minus the smoked paprika.
2. Mix together thoroughly and garnish with smoked paprika.
3. Dip veggies, crackers or use as a spread on a sandwich.
4. If greek yogurt is not your thing feel free to sub equal amounts of either cream cheese, sour cream or mayonnaise.

First I made this dip with sour cream per your recipe and yum!! Second time I made it subbing in White Truffle oil instead of olive oil and adding a tsp of capers and delish!! If you like umami flavor try it :) Thanks for sending my order so fast!!!
