I made this recipe on the healthier side with Greek Yogurt and it is delicious! Feel free to sub cream cheese, sour cream or mayo if you'd rather. Perfect for dipping veggies, sweet potato fries and grilled kabobs.
3/4 C Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic & shallot
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp Gindo's Hickory BBQ Rub
Smoked paprika for garnish
1 Tbsp Gindo’s Original Hot Sauce
Combine all ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl, minus the smoked paprika.
Mix together thoroughly and garnish with smoked paprika.
Dip veggies, crackers or use as a spread on a sandwich.
If greek yogurt is not your thing feel free to sub equal amounts of either cream cheese, sour cream or mayonnaise.

First I made this dip with sour cream per your recipe and yum!! Second time I made it subbing in White Truffle oil instead of olive oil and adding a tsp of capers and delish!! If you like umami flavor try it :) Thanks for sending my order so fast!!!
