I had this Italian style flatbread sandwich for the first time in Italy. Our Jalapeno aioli takes this delicious sandwich to a whole new level!
2 slices favorite flatbread
1/4 LB thin sliced prosciutto
2 C fresh arugula
1/2 C mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise
1 to 2 Tbsps Gindo’s Jalapeno Poblano Hot Sauce
1 tsp minced garlic & shallot
salt & pepper to taste
Combine mayo, garlic, shallot and Gindo’s Jalapeno Poblano hot sauce in a mixing bowl and whisk together. Add a pinch of salt and pepper if necessary.
Lightly toast flatbread slices, then coat each slice evenly with Gindo's Jalapeno aioli. Add prosciutto on one slice and arugula on the other slice.
Sandwich together, slice and enjoy!
