INGREDIENTS
2 slices favorite flatbread
1/4 LB thin sliced prosciutto
2 C fresh arugula
1/2 C mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise
1 - 2 Tbsp Gindo's Jalapeno Poblano
1 tsp minced garlic & shallot
salt & pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine mayo, garlic, shallot and Gindo's Jalapeno Poblano hot sauce in a mixing bowl and whisk together. Add a pinch of salt and pepper if necessary.
2. Lightly toast flatbread slices, then coat each slice evenly with Gindo's Jalapeno aioli. Add prosciutto on one slice and arugula on the other slice.
3. Sandwich together, slice and enjoy!
