INGREDIENTS
2 Cans black beans
1 Can crushed tomatoes
1 Chopped poblano pepper
2 Tbsp Gindo's Green
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1/2 red onion minced
1/2 C veggie or chicken stock
1 Tbsp chili powder
2 Tbsp olive oil
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat olive oil on medium high heat and add 1/2 Tbsp garlic and 1/2 of minced onion.
2. Drain and rinse black beans and add to sauce pan
3. Add remaining ingredients and bring just to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
