A deliciously sweet brine with hints of rosemary and spice!
Perfect for your holiday turkey, chicken, pork shoulder and duck. Here's a secret: add a little farmhouse ale or lager to take this brine to the next level!

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until salts and sugar have been dissolved. Then place turkey in a brining bag or large pot and cover completely with brine. Let sit for 12-24 hours. For a chicken, simply halve this recipe and brine for 8-12 hours.
