i have added this sauce to thanksgiving inspired sandwiches in addition to crackers with Brie.
One of my new favorites. Well-rounded, sweet and smoky, goes great on everything.
My first use was in a sandwich - I spread it on the bread instead of Mayo. It works great with mortadella, brick cheese, slices of tomato, and romaine lettuce. Next, I added it to a base of extra virgin olive oil and white wine vinegar - gave the dressing a little kick and tasted great. I love it!!
