Chocolate Bhutlah, claimed to be one of the hottest - perhaps even THE hottest - peppers in the world, was an accidental cross pollination between a Bhut Jolokia and a Trinidad Douglah, hence the name. In the running with Carolina Reaper for the title, the chocolate bhutlah lends its super hotness to our Roasted Chocolate Bhutlah sauce, but not without a blast of flavor. I have had this with breakfast burritos and chips
Love this one. My new 'go to' sauce.
This isn’t just my favorite Gindos, it’s possibly my favorite sauce period. It’s crazy how well bananas match various foods. Top tier on ice cream, but fits chicken or Alfredo pasta just as well.
I’ve dipped this with waffles, pancakes. As well as topped it on celery - think ants on a log l, minus the ants

HH is our fav year-round Gindos hot sauce. Hands down.
I have an extra bottle in the pantry always…to (partly) manage my wife’s expectations! If we don’t have 5 seasonal and three “base” sauces available at a given time, we get a bit twitchy!
I think wha I like best about Honey Hab is the contrast of spicy and sweet…that particular natural sweet that only honey can provide…Great, now I have to get some Hot Honey!
