Gindo’s Lake Life Beer Hot Sauce is a bright, fruit-forward blueberry habanero hot sauce made in collaboration with our pals at Nik & Ivy Brewing. Crafted with fresh blueberries, fiery habanero peppers, a hint of vanilla-like sweetness, and Nik & Ivy Lake Life Blueberry Wheat Ale, this medium-heat sauce brings together juicy berry flavor, warm pepper heat, and a smooth beer-infused finish.
This small-batch hot sauce starts with yellow bell peppers for natural sweetness, then layers in blueberries, cherry preserves, agave nectar, honey, organic cane sugar, and dragon fruit powder for a vibrant fruit profile. Habanero peppers add a lively medium heat that builds without overpowering the food, making Lake Life a versatile sauce for grilling season, lake weekends, cookouts, and everyday meals.
Use Gindo’s Lake Life Beer Hot Sauce on avocado toast, pulled pork, fish tacos, grilled chicken, burgers, steak, spring vegetables, roasted carrots, brats, wings, or cheese boards. It also works beautifully as a finishing sauce, glaze, marinade booster, or sweet-heat condiment for anything coming off the grill.

This isn’t just my favorite Gindos, it’s possibly my favorite sauce period. It’s crazy how well bananas match various foods. Top tier on ice cream, but fits chicken or Alfredo pasta just as well.
I’ve dipped this with waffles, pancakes. As well as topped it on celery - think ants on a log l, minus the ants
Make some bigger bottles!
Bought this last year at a store in Batavia
HH is our fav year-round Gindos hot sauce. Hands down.
I have an extra bottle in the pantry always…to (partly) manage my wife’s expectations! If we don’t have 5 seasonal and three “base” sauces available at a given time, we get a bit twitchy!
I think wha I like best about Honey Hab is the contrast of spicy and sweet…that particular natural sweet that only honey can provide…Great, now I have to get some Hot Honey!
Thanks for all the great choices.
