In collaboration with Ike & Oak Brewing in Woodridge, IL, we took their Mount Massive Double Barrel IPA and created a beer hot sauce using fresh habanero and chocolate bhutlah peppers with real black and white truffle.
TASTE: Savory, earthy and nutty with citrus undertones and a medium fiery finish.
