2 Lbs boneless chicken thighs
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 C Gindo's Honey Habanero
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1/2 C chopped red onion
1 oz Bourbon
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl or ziploc bag.
2. Mix together thoroughly then seal or cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
3. Grill, bake or pan sear and enjoy!
