• 2 slices of your favorite bread
• 1/4 tsp fresh garlic
• 1/4 tsp fresh shallot
• 2 Tbsp Gindo's Original
• 3 slices of your favorite cheese
• 1/4 C micro greens
Directions
1. Sprinkle bread slices with garlic and shallots, then add cheese and micro greens.
2. Spread 1 Tbsp of Gindo's Original on each side of the sandwich
3. Place on skillet at medium high heat and grill each side for approximately 5 minutes.
4. Slice and savor every second!
