INGREDIENTS
1 15 oz can cannellini beans
1 12 oz can diced tomatoes
1 Tbsp minced parsley
5 Tbsp olive oil
1 to 2 Tbsp Gindo's Original
1 Tbsp minced garlic & shallot
1 C chopped kale
Salt & pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
1. heat oil over medium heat and gently saute garlic until lightly crisped. Then add sage, parsley and Gindo's Original and saute for 1 to 2 minutes.
2. Add tomatoes and kale and simmer for 10 minutes. Then add beans with salt & pepper to taste and simmer for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Spread on bread in bruschetta style or serve with roasted pork.
