Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large pot and then add 1/2 Tbsp. garlic and shallots. Simmer for 5 minutes and add 1 Ib. ground turkey.
Season ground turkey with 1 Tbsp. chili powder, garlic, shallots, and salt. Brown meat for 15 minutes. After browning for 7 minutes, add Gindo's Original and red wine and continue to simmer for remainder of 15 minutes.
Once meat has been browned, add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes. Add additional seasoning and salt to taste.
