1. Preheat oven to 350⁰ and combine almonds, cashews, pistachios and pumpkin seeds in a large mixing bowl.
2. Add olive oil, garlic, shallots, chives, Gindo's Red and 2 Tbsp of seasoning.
3. Toss ingredients together and then spread out evenly on a lined cookie sheet and bake for 10 min.
4. Remove from oven, toss snack mix and bake for an additional 5 min.
5. Remove, let cool and dust with remaining Tbsp of seasoning.
