We've been wanting to create a collection of sauces that would both showcase and complement the rich, colorful, aromatic and diverse flavors of Asian cuisine.

From the Hmong Pepper Sauce, a bold, fiery style of hot sauce indigenous to the Hmong people who reside mostly in the mountainous regions throughout Asia...

...to the Garlic Serrano, a green Thai chili sauce that is both briny and earthy...

...and Sesame Cilantro, a Korean-inspired hot sauce that is truly unique. Rich and nutty up front with bright citrus notes and a warm spicy finish that lingers like the sun on an early spring afternoon.

Gindo's 8th Annual Ghost of Christmas Release

This holiday tradition began in 2014 when Gindo received an abundance of fresh Ghost Peppers harvested from local farms. Now, every year, when the chill creeps in with the autumn breeze, and the farmers pluck the final bounty of the season from their fields before the first frost takes hold, we begin the process of crafting our three annual Ghost of Christmas pepper sauces.
