My first use was in a sandwich - I spread it on the bread instead of Mayo. It works great with mortadella, brick cheese, slices of tomato, and romaine lettuce. Next, I added it to a base of extra virgin olive oil and white wine vinegar - gave the dressing a little kick and tasted great. I love it!!
Bought this at ECCC this year and I love it. The person who sold it to me mentioned that he puts it on his eggs, so I tried it. 100% recommend!
