When we started our company back in 2011, Chris Ginder hand-delivered the first case of Gindo's Original Fresh & Spicy pepper sauce to The York, a local gastropub in the oldest suburb of Los Angeles. In the time since, we like to think we've learned a thing or two about what it means to be a trusted supplier to cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, specialty stores, hotels and establishments of all shapes and sizes.
We are dedicated to producing the highest-quality sauces composed of blends of fresh peppers, carefully curated sea salts and peppercorns. Our hot sauces are so well balanced with flavor and heat that they add the perfect amount of zing to satisfy almost every curious palate.
