These last few years since Gindos relocated to the Midwest, we've made it our mission to support as many local farms as possible. The three farms featured this month - Klein's, Gordon Heat, and Wasco - all grow beautiful and unique peppers every year. Here's a taste of their 2019 season. We hope you enjoy!
