Introducing a new collaboration with one of our fellow local makers, Willy Sauce!
This was a super fun project where hot sauce maker Will started the collab by fermenting habanero peppers and fresh peaches, and then Gindo blended the batch with sugar rush cream peppers, fatalii peppers, pineapple and vidalia onion. The result is a perfect fusion of sweet, spicy and all around deliciousness!
