Ti-Malice

Ti-Malice is a trickster in Haitian folklore who tried to use hot sauce to outwit his nemesis, but he loved it and the sauce became a staple in Haitian cuisine.

TASTE:  This sauce is bright and citrusy with earthy undertones a medium spice finish. 

TRY WITH:  Meats, poultry, seafood, sandwiches, stews, dips and spreads.
