We're really excited about this week's limited release sauce! Inspired by the beautiful Greek island, Gindo’s Corfu hot sauce is a curious yet harmonious blend of Mediterranean flavors like tomato, onion, garlic, mushrooms, olives, capers, and several different chili peppers!
TASTE: This sauce is earthy, savory and vibrant with subtle hints of onion, tomato, olives and capers which unfold into a fiery finish that will leave you wanting more.
TRY WITH: Roasted eggplant, grilled salmon, rack of lamb, roast beef sandwich, pasta salad, rice, hummus, mussels, clam chowder, or mix with aioli, cream cheese, or Greek yogurt for a delicious dip or spread.
